Meet Amy

“Massage therapy is extremely well placed in supporting you to ‘retrain your brain’ by building a better mind, body connection. I truly believe in the transformative power of positive touch.”

Amy is an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist passionate about helping people free themselves from chronic pain through effective, outcome-focused treatments.

Amy has cultivated her skills across a wide-range of bodywork practices, including holistic, Ayurvedic yoga, Ayurbalance, and pregnancy massage. To take her expertise to the next level, Amy trained with JING, the UK's leading school offering the prestigious BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage.

Whether you hope to find peace amidst life’s daily stresses, relieve persistent pain or dissolve chronic tension, Amy’s holistic and outcome-orientated approach provides a nourishing and healing path to help you relax, recentre and restore.

Passion

Amy began her journey in the world of finance, where long hours and a desk-bound routine left her both mentally and physically drained. Recognising the need for a change—not only for herself but to make a real, meaningful impact—she discovered Bodyology in London. There, under the guidance of Dror Steiner, a pioneer in Holistic Massage, she found her calling in the world of bodywork and wellness. Now, Amy is driven by a passion for helping others feel their best, understanding firsthand how essential a good massage is for navigating today’s fast-paced world.

While training, Amy volunteered with a charity, where she saw the powerful physical and mental transformations in her clients. This experience fuelled her passion for complementary therapies and confirmed her commitment to helping others feel their best.

Approach

Amy is currently expanding her expertise in understanding and treating pain through JING's BTEC Level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy. Her approach is all about you—creating a personalised, evidence-based program that supports relief from chronic pain, like lower back pain, headaches, migraines, and pelvic pain. Amy’s goal is to help you take charge of your health and uncover the tools and habits that can make a lasting difference in managing your pain.

Mission

Amy’s mission is to empower individuals to reclaim their well-being through compassionate, outcome-focused massage therapy.

By providing personalised care and fostering awareness around the factors that impact chronic pain, she helps her clients find relief, restore balance, and build resilience for a healthier, pain-free life.
